القرآن حلل طعام أهل الكتاب للمسلمين

مادام القرآن حلل طعام اهل الكتاب، إذن الإسلام يأخذ احكامه من الكتب السماوية لليهود والنصاري 

الجواب 

لا شك أنك تعرف الطرق المختلفة لقتل الحيوانات في الغرب، بالصعق، أو برصاصة في الدماغ، أو بقطع الرأس بالكامل بأدوات حادة، أو غير ذلك مما يؤكد الرحمة بالحيوان من وجهة نظرهم، فالشرائع السماوية لا توجب ذبح الحيوانات إلا كوسيلة للقتل والخضوع للبشر، وقد أثبت العلم الحديث أن قطع الشريان الرئيسي في عنق الحيوان المذبوح وتركه لمدة 3 دقائق أو أكثر يزيل كل السموم الموجودة في الدم، وكذلك ارتفاع ضغط الدم الناتج عن التعرض للذبح وغير ذلك من العوامل الفسيولوجية التي تؤثر على آكل هذا الحيوان المذبوح بعد ذلك، ومن ثم نتخيل أن أهل الكتاب ليس عندهم من الوحشية في قتل الحيوان ما عند الغرب الذي معظمه لا يدين بدين لا سماوي أو غربي، وهناك أديان أرضية لا تتعاطف مع الحيوان، وفي الأول والأخير ، الطعام الذي يأكله المسلمين يؤثر عليهم، فكما يقول الغرب (أنت ما تأكل) فالتغذية السليمة ستظهر في صحة وسلامة من الأمراض ولربما صحة نفسية، أما الحيوان المذبوح بطريقة غير رحيمة سيظهر ذلك في لحمه لآكله سواء عن طريق سوء هضم - أو تسمم في بعض الأحيان، علي حسب نقل البهيمة قبل وبعد الذبح بطرق مؤلمة للحيوان 

ومن هنا نتوقع أن الله تبارك وتعالي 

1- أحل أكل أهل الكتاب لأنه من معين واحد بالرغم من اختلاف الشرائع إلا أن المُشرع واحد، والذبح في الإسلام كما هو في المسيحية أو اليهودية، لا نعتقد أن المتدينين منهم يصعقون الحيوان أو يميتونه خنقاً علي سبيل المثال لا الحصر، والله أعلي وأعلم 

2- بعض النصاري يعجنون المخبوزات بالخمر، فهل هذا مباح في الإسلام؟ بالطبع لا، فالأمر فيه تحريم جنباً إلي جنب مع الحل 

3- بعض الطيور المذبوحة في الغرب وتصدر لبلاد المسلمين، يبدو علي جسدها علامات الإجهاد وكدمات، الله يعلم كيف تم ذبحها، وينبغي التأكد من أن بلد التصدير بلد تحمل أهل كتاب وليست ديانىة أرضية أو لا تحمل ديانة من الأساس ، والله أعلي واعلم 

هل طعام اهل الكتاب حل للمسلمين؟ 

فما كان منها مستورداً من دولة تدين بإحدى ديانتي أهل الكتاب ـ اليهودية أو المسيحية ـ وعلمتم أنهم ذكوه فكلوه لجواز أكل طعامهم باتفاق المسلمين لقول الله تعالى: "وطعام الذين أوتوا الكتاب حل لكم" سورة المائدة. وكذلك ما جهلتم حاله استصحاباً للأصل. ولا تسألوا عنه إلا إذا شككتم فيه. أما ما علمتم أنهم صعقوه بالكهرباء أو خنقوه أو نحو ذلك فهو ميتة لا يجوز أكله. والله تعالى أعلم

The Answer

You are undoubtedly familiar with the various methods of killing animals in the West: by electrocution, a bullet to the brain, complete decapitation with sharp instruments, and other methods that demonstrate their compassion for animals. Divine laws only require the slaughter of animals as a means of killing and subjugation to humans. Modern science has proven that severing the main artery in the neck of a slaughtered animal and leaving it for three minutes or more removes all toxins from the blood, as well as the high blood pressure resulting from exposure to slaughter and other physiological factors that subsequently affect the eater. Therefore, we imagine that the People of the Book do not have the same brutality in killing animals as the West, most of whom do not adhere to any religion, whether divine or Western. There are earthly religions that do not sympathize with animals. Ultimately, the food Muslims eat affects them. As the West says, "You are what you eat." Proper nutrition will manifest in health, freedom from disease, and perhaps even psychological well-being. However, an animal slaughtered in an unmerciful manner will show this in its flesh, whether through indigestion or poisoning. Sometimes, depending on the animal's transportation before and after slaughter, it is done in ways that are painful for the animal.

Hence, we expect that God Almighty

1. He permitted the eating of the People of the Book because it comes from a single source. Despite the differences in religious laws, the Lawgiver is one and the same. Slaughtering in Islam is the same as in Christianity or Judaism. We do not believe that religious people among them stun or strangle animals, for example. And God knows best.

2. Some Christians knead baked goods with wine. Is this permissible in Islam? Of course not, as the matter is both forbidden and permissible.

3. Some birds slaughtered in the West and exported to Muslim countries show signs of stress and bruises on their bodies. God knows how they were slaughtered. It is important to ensure that the exporting country is one that embraces the People of the Book, not a worldly religion or one that does not have a religion at all. And God knows best.

Does the food of the People of the Book permissible for Muslims?

If it is imported from a country that follows one of the religions of the People of the Book—Judaism or Christianity—and you know that they slaughtered it, then eat it, because it is permissible to eat their food according to the consensus of Muslims, as Allah Almighty says: "And the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you" (Surat Al-Ma'idah). Similarly, if you do not know the condition of the food, then you should continue to follow the original principle. Do not ask about it unless you are in doubt. As for what you know was electrocuted, strangled, or otherwise, then it is considered carrion and is not permissible to eat. And Allah knows best.
