I am born Muslim, why you force me to

أنا ولدت مسلم ولم اختار ديني، فلماذا تجبرني علي الإيمان بإله لا أعلم عنه شيء؟

الجواب

يقول العلماء إن حتى المسلمين لديهم ما يسمى بالولادة الثانية، أي: ولادتك الأولى هي الولادة الطبيعية من أمك، أما ولادتك الثانية فهي عندما تبحث عن الله تعالى وبنفسك لتصل إليه بعلمك وعقلك ثم محبتك. والله تعالى لا يعبد بالجنة والنار، بل بالعقل والمحبة. لذلك فإن ملايين المسلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم لا يضحون بأنفسهم أو بأموالهم أو أحياناً ببيوتهم في سبيل الله فقط من أجل بطاقة ميراث، بل هو حب مبني على العقل... وما الدليل من القرآن على هذه الولادة الثانية؟

قال تعالي 

﴿أَوَمَن كَانَ مَيْتًا فَأَحْيَيْنَاهُ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُ نُورًا يَمْشِي بِهِ فِي النَّاسِ كَمَن مَّثَلُهُ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ لَيْسَ بِخَارِجٍ مِّنْهَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ﴾

الآية الكريمة تخبرنا بما يلي

1- أو من كان ميتاً فأحييناه: كيف متنا ثم أحيانا الله؟ كنا متنا عن فهم الإسلام والهدى إلى الله عز وجل، فأحيانا على علم وفهم به سبحانه، وما الدليل على أنه أحيانا على علم

2- وجعلنا له نوراً يمشي به في الناس: نور الهدى، فقبله كأننا نمشي في ظلمات ما بعدها ظلمات. وهذا لا يفهمه من نشأ في أسرة مسلمة متدينة، بل يفهمه من كانت أسرهم بعيدة كل البعد عن الإسلام، مثل بعض الأجيال في الغرب اليوم، الذين كان أجدادهم للأسف مسلمين ولم يعودوا ينتمون إلى الإسلام ولا يعرفون عنه شيئاً، وهم كثيرون.

3- الناس كمن هم في ظلمة لا يخرجون منها: أي لا يستويان في أي حال.

4- وكذلك ما كانوا يفعلونه كان زينة للكافرين. ملاحظة: نحن من يزين العروس لتكون جميلة، نحن من يزين البيت بعد أن كان من الطوب الأحمر، نحن من نضع الزينة في الأعياد لتزيين المكان، فالأصل في الأشياء أنها عادية أو قبيحة، نزين ما نريد، يقول الله تعالى عن الكافرين أنه زين لهم ما كان من قبلهم، أي ما كانوا يعملون، وطبعا حسب سياق الآية (كفر وضلال وتخبط في الظلمات).

I was born a Muslim and didn't choose my religion, so why are you forcing me to believe in a God I know nothing about?

The Answer

The scholars say that even Muslims experience what is called a second birth. That is, your first birth is your natural birth from your mother. Your second birth is when you seek God Almighty and yourself, reaching Him through your knowledge, reason, and love. God Almighty is not worshipped through Heaven or Hell, but through reason and love. Therefore, millions of Muslims around the world don't sacrifice themselves, their wealth, or sometimes even their homes for the sake of God just for an inheritance card. Rather, it is a love based on reason... What is the evidence from the Quran for this second birth?

God Almighty said

﴿أَوَمَن كَانَ مَيْتًا فَأَحْيَيْنَاهُ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُ نُورًا يَمْشِي بِهِ فِي النَّاسِ كَمَن مَّثَلُهُ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ لَيْسَ بِخَارِجٍ مِّنْهَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ﴾

 “Or is he who was dead and We gave him life and made for him a light by which he walks among the people like one whose example is in darkness from which he cannot emerge? Thus is made attractive to the disbelievers what they used to do.”

This noble verse tells us the following

1- Or he who was dead and We gave him life: How did we die and then Allah gave us life? We died without understanding Islam and guidance to Allah, the Almighty, so He gave us life with knowledge and understanding of it. What is the evidence that He gave us life with knowledge?

2- And We made for him a light by which he could walk among the people: the light of guidance. Before that, it was as if we were walking in darkness beyond which there was no darkness. This is not understood by those who grew up in a devout Muslim family. Rather, it is understood by those whose families were far removed from Islam, such as some generations in the West today, whose ancestors were unfortunately Muslims and no longer adhere to Islam and know nothing about it. And they are many.

3- People are like those in darkness from which they cannot emerge: meaning, they are not equal in any situation.

4- Likewise, what they were doing was an adornment for the disbelievers. Note: We are the ones who decorate the bride to make her beautiful, we are the ones who decorate the house after it was made of red brick, we are the ones who put up decorations on holidays to decorate the place, the basic principle of things is that they are ordinary or ugly, we decorate what we want, God Almighty says about the disbelievers that He made attractive to them what was before them, meaning what they used to do, and of course according to the context of the verse (disbelief and misguidance and stumbling in darkness).
